Residential Care
Our Ofsted-registered children’s home provides a warm, welcoming and family-style environment where children can feel safe, valued and respected.
Our experienced staff team provides 24-hour care and support, helping young people establish routines, develop life skills and build positive relationships in a home where they can thrive.
Individualised Support
No two children are the same, which is why every young person has a personalised care plan tailored to their individual needs and goals.
We support children with a range of needs, including:
- Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Learning Disabilities (LD)
Working alongside Social Workers, education providers, healthcare professionals and families, we ensure every child receives coordinated support that promotes their development and wellbeing.
Education & Personal Development
We believe education plays a vital role in every child’s future. We encourage school attendance, celebrate achievement and work closely with education providers to help young people reach their full potential.
Alongside education, we promote independence, emotional wellbeing, healthy lifestyles and opportunities to develop new interests, hobbies and life skills.
Working in Partnership
All placements at Outdoor Care are made through Local Authorities. We work collaboratively with Social Workers, Independent Reviewing Officers, healthcare professionals and families to ensure every child receives consistent, high-quality care.
